A reference to "The Ding Dong Song" by Gunther would probably make my day.

I always thought that "I'm Still Standing" would make a good paragon shout

Warrior Boss
The Falchon, a sword warrior wielding a falchon
Skills:
"Coward!", Sever Artery, Gash, Bull's Strike, Distracting Blow, Tiger Stance, Healing Signet, Monster skill (described below)

Falchon Punch
Skill. Target touched foe is struck for 200 fire damage and knocked down for 4 seconds. Foes adjacent to that target are struck for 100 fire damage.
Adrenaline: 8 Activation: 2
When used, he gets a shout speech bubble: "FALCHON PUNCH!"

Also, why not use GW culture for something? A new language setting: "Metagame"

Changes all the skill names to contractions, shortens the descriptions, and changes a lot of what the NPCs say.

From the Frost Gate: PROPHECIES SPOILERS, if anyone here cares.

English:
Player: "The Frost Gate is open. Go now. We haven't much time."
"<...Mighty Dragon roar...>"
Player: "What was that?"
Dagnar Stonepate: "These mountains belong to the Stone Summit, human."
"<...Causes avalanche...>"
Player: "Rurik! No!"
Prince Rurik: "You cannot save me. Get them to Kryta. Hurry. GO!"
Dagnar Stonepate: "Your punishment for trespassing is death."

Metagame:
Player: "k, its clear, now move! i dun wanna lose masters!"
"<...Mighty Dragon roar...>"
Player: "what did u aggro now? dammit rurik"
Dagnar Stonepate: "this is my farming spot, go away or anet will nerf it!"
"<...Causes avalanche...>"
Player: "screw you, were leaving"
Prince Rurik: "REBIRTH ME YOU ----ING NOOBS!!!!!1"
Dagnar Stonepate: "your the noob wammo that overextended"

For voice acting, either make sure there is none, or go with somewhat distorted vent recordings.

Sure. But there has to be standards.

Good:
Good movies. That means quotes from actual actors who will have a job in 5 years, not trash that high school kids watch and think is hilarious like Superbad or for my age's teenagers - American Pie. Think Sam Jackson, Christopher Walken, that kinda thing.
Cartoons.
TV Shows.
Video Games.

Bad:
Internet Memes. That includes lolcats, mudkips, epic fail/phail/whatever misspelled 1337 word that is hot today. No, it's not funny, you just look retarded. The exception is lolcats, they are funny AND adorable, but would not make good pop culture references.
WoW references, the nerd to regular human being ration on that game is too imbalanced to make decent references anymore. Leeroy was already done. That's it folks.

Despite the already numerous Monty Python (and not just holy grail) refrences I would still love a quest that would follow the theme "How not to be seen"

oh and Falchon Punch sounds like an awsome skill
